In February 2024, a meeting was held between the Director of the National Anti-Doping Agency of Austria (NADA Austria) and the Chairman of CEADO, Mr. Michael Cepic, and a delegation consisting of the State Secretary in the Ministry of Sports and Youth Vladimir Obradović, Director of the Anti-Doping Commission Dr. Olivera Prodanović, and President of the Council of the Commission Dr. Aleksandar Kujović. Over the course of two days, the participants exchanged information with the National Anti-Doping Agency of Austria on the legal aspect – code compliance/operational independence/results management/intelligence & investigations, then on testing – code compliance/test groups/standards, and on education. In addition, at the Ministry of Sport of Austria, the delegation met with Mr. Philipp Trattner, Director General of the Directorate of the Ministry of Sport of Austria and Chairman of the Board of NADA Austria, in order to exchange practical knowledge. As part of the visit, a workshop was also held at the WADA-accredited Seibersdorf Laboratory, with which the Commission has a contract for conducting analyzes of samples collected during doping controls. Establishing closer cooperation between the Commission and the Agency through the mentoring program is a real possibility within CEADO.
