The Anti-Doping Commission of Montenegro, within the project “Together Through Sport – Inclusion and Persons with Disabilities”, organized by the Paralympic Committee of Montenegro, held an educational seminar aimed at raising awareness about the importance of the fight against doping.
Commission Director Neda Ojdanić emphasized that the mission of the commission is to protect athletes – their health, careers, and dreams – and that education and timely information can make all the difference.
A team of experts, Dr. Stefan Mikić and Dr. Dženan Kajević, introduced participants to the basics of doping, the list of prohibited substances, and the rules of doping control, underlining that lack of knowledge does not exempt athletes from responsibility.
The Commission calls on all athletes to actively participate in the fight for doping-free sport – based on fairness, effort, and true sportsmanship.
