Key topics included:

-Fundamental principles of the World Anti-Doping Code (WADA),

-Health risks and consequences associated with the use of prohibited substances and methods (including supplement use),

-Obligations of athletes to update their Whereabouts via the ADAMS platform,

-Step-by-step urine and blood sample collection procedures – including a live demonstration using sample collection kits (KIT).

Special attention was given to the importance of maintaining the integrity of sport through education, transparency, and cooperation among all stakeholders in the sporting community. Participants also addressed common challenges athletes face in meeting anti-doping requirements and discussed practical solutions for remaining compliant.
