Young people from Kolašin had the opportunity to explore the world of sports, health and fair play together with the team of the Faculty of Medicine and the experts of the Anti-Doping Commission through the innovative project ARIST.
Anti-Doping Commission workshop “Play fair!” also offered exciting lectures on the importance of fair play in sports, as well as the consequences of doping. Young people had the opportunity to learn how sports medicine and proper nutrition can contribute to the health of athletes and recreational players, and how anti-doping values are integrated into the lifestyle of young athletes.
The ARIST project, under the leadership of prof. This is not only an educational project, but also an opportunity to contribute to the development of health tourism in Montenegro.
The goal of the project is to educate young people about the importance of physical activity, healthy nutrition and proper use of supplements. Through this project, we want to give a support to the area of smart specialization, especially in the areas of sustainable and health tourism.
